Food…you gotta love it! And, if you don’t…I’m so, so sorry for what I am about to do to you.
As Solomon wisely pointed out in Ecclesiastes, there are only so many things over which we have control. So much of this life is hit or miss on whether or not it will work out.
But, food provides an opportunity to savor and take delight in the palette pleasing of the moment. To fill the senses to the brim with sight, touch, taste, and smell…maybe even sound if the roasting, chewing, snapping, and cutting of good food makes your mouth water.
Take the day as it is. Enjoy the moment for what it is. Choose to be at peace and “eat, drink, and be merry.”

Thanks so much for doing this. I was just going to look all over the web and you have saved me the trouble!
JulieFilter says
Lol, you’re so welcome! I am very glad it is worth the work, lol. If you find anything that you want me to look for in addition, just let me know and I will add it!
Vickie says
I’m confused by the apple spread being under the S heading??? Wouldn’t you have to eat it on something besides apples to stay in the S mode? What would you be eating it with? Just wondering.
JulieFilter says
Yes, the apples would either make it a crossover, or they would need to be subbed to stay S. I recommend celery! Still crunchy and sturdy, and would still taste yummy with the cream cheese and caramel =0) Sound good?
Vickie says
Oh Yes!I love me some celery and cream cheese!
JulieFilter says
lol fantastic!
